The design drawing prepared for the planning permission have been drawn to in order to maintain a quality development and continuity across the site. Each house is designed with the same materials although each is unique in size and form. There is enough information on the drawings to confirm the volume and location of each house although the very fine details are left to the individual owners. There are no outstanding local authority contributions payable to Scottish BordersCouncil SERVICES Mains electricity is available on the site. The mains water supply runs adjacent to the site and a suitable pipe has been installed to each plot to make the connection, however it will be the responsibility of the purchaser to make the actual connection.
